Yoon-shik Kim, Chairman of CUPIA, delivering his speech in front of the CCLEC Executive Committee
CUPIA was honored with an invitation to participate as a special guest at the CCLEC (Caribbean Customs Law Enforcement Council) Executive Committee meeting held in Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia, from February 28th to 29th.
Since December 2023, CUPIA and CCLEC have been actively engaged in discussions aimed at fostering mutual cooperation. During the deliberations on various options for upgrading the current Customs systems of its member states, CCLEC demonstrated keen interest in CUPIA’s cutting-edge commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solution.
CUPIA’s presentation proved highly successful, with representatives from member states in attendance expressing optimism regarding potential avenues for future collaboration.

In 2023, CUPIA launched a COTS version of the UNI-PASS Customs Management System, leveraging years of accumulated expertise and knowledge. Building on this success, in 2024, CUPIA further expanded its COTS solutions lineup to encompass the Electronic Single Window, collectively branding the two solutions as ‘e-PASS.’
Strategically designed to uphold CUPIA’s core value of Shared Growth, e-PASS delivers essential UNI-PASS functionalities to partner countries with lower trade volumes, all at minimal costs. Decision-makers keen on showcasing tangible outcomes within their terms will find adopting e-PASS to be an astute choice, given its potential to yield immediate impacts within a six-month timeframe, whether through revenue increase or streamlining customs processing times.
For those intrigued by the possibilities presented by e-PASS, we warmly encourage you to reach out to us without hesitation. We stand ready to arrange live-demo sessions at your earliest convenience.
